A high quality technical installation of 4.41KWp in 2017 and 2.82KWp in 2022 of solar array was done at Fankfurt Zoological Society (FZS) to its remote field sites.

It has 14pcs@220Ah of Rolls overall Battery bank at Matambwe Selous and 6pcs@200Ah C10 Ritar battery at Miguruwe respectively for powering the entire kitchens with fridges/freezers, laundry, tents, pumps offices etc. all those are continuing servicing by Sepon Ltd.

Biharamulo Parish | 20195KVA Solar Power System

Here is Biharamulo Parish, Catholic Church of which the solar photovoltaic (PV) system installed to run all the music addressing systems during worshipping God.

It has helped a lot to overcome power shortage to 100%. The package consists of a 4KWp PV Array, 8pcs@200Ah Inva Tubular lead acid battery of long life span and a Victron Inverter of 5KVA/48v.

Kilombero Project | 201910KVA Off-Grid Solar Power System

This is an Off-Grid Solar Power System with a capacity of 6.6KWp solar array, 10KVA Victron energy Inverter, and an Inva Tubular battery storage bank of 16Pcs@200Ah/48V System Voltage.

It was designed to run an air conditioner of 24BTU for 12hrs along with other heavy duty home appliances like washing machine, refridgerator/freezer, blender etc. it is located within Kilombero Sugar Plantations/farms.

8Pcs @100A/12V System Voltage Ritar battery storage bank, rated C10, 2KVA Victron Energy Inverter, ICAP Dar es Salaam office (Jangid Plaza the 7th floor) for powering server room equipment during grid utility failure.

Udzungwa Corridor Limited | 202215KWp Solar Modules

Udzungwa Corridor Limited is an off-grid located, it has installed an overall of 15KWp Solar Modules across its HQ camps and planting camps of which 40KWh Lithium battery storage bank is at the HQ, 6pcs@150Ah & 12@100Ah are at Planting Camps.

All this capacity is used to run all daily office workers daily power dependent activities such as lighting, computers, water pumps, TVs, Fridges/ Freezers, Kettles, washing machines, seedbank machines etc. the installation done by phases from 2021 to end of 2023 by intervals.

Hoom Hotel - Zanzibar | 20225KVA/48v Power Backup System

Here is of which the solar photovoltaic(PV) system installed to run air conditioners, Water pumps & Lighting. It is a Solar Hybrid System where the Solar System has the first priority powering appliances every day. The system mitigates 100% power outages and saving electricity bill by 75% monthly.

This Hybrid solar system includes a Hybrid Inverter of 5KVA/48V Growatt and Lithium ion block battery 2Pcs@5.3KWh-WECO. and a 5.85KW of Solar Arrays Installed to charge the batteries and supplement power supplied to load during the day.

Muhama School of Adaptive Agriculture | 20234KW Pumping Inverter & 3KW Submersible AC pump

At Muhama School of Adaptive Agriculture-Nemba Ward (Nemba Parish), the Catholic Diocese of Rulenge Ngara Installed a Three Phase(3PH) Solar Water Pumping System of which 3KW Submersible AC pump, 4KW pumping Inverter were used and is powered by a PhotoVoltaic Array of 7.4KWp.

At a head of 81m it was a set point of a pump and is able to provide an up to 80cum per day during clear sun or under no or minimal clouds cover. Mounting of solar module and pump set completed on January 21st 2023 and handed over/commissioned on a day of 22th January 2023. The aim of the project is for irrigation purpose and small scale livestock keeping.

Solarization of Health Facilities to 28 Dispensaries in Mwanza & Geita Region. Through the Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of Solar PV systems of up to 3.3KWp solar array & 9.6KWh available energy storage bank per site, the health facilities ensure sustainability of immunization service delivery & data acquisition in supporting comprehensive HIV Service in the region for FIKIA+ Project. Together with other essential public health services are now not interrupted during extensive electricity cuts and/or to the off-grid areas.

This innovative project features a 10hp submersible pump, 11kw pumping inverter, and a 15KWp solar array, designed to provide a reliable, cost effective, and sustainable solution for water access up to 120cum per day.

By harnessing solar energy, we empower farmers to increase agricultural productivity, reduce operational costs, and promote environmental sustainability. This pilot project serves as a scalable model, with the potential to expand and benefit more avocado farmers across Tanzania, driving the growth of sustainable agriculture in the region.
